Building Three Facilities at Anton de Kom University
Construction of three facilities within the area of the Anton de Kom University (Phase One)
CCE was responsible for the design of the technical installations for:
Student dormitories
- Type I: 1 Building of 3 stories, 24 double-bed rooms on each floor, in total 72 rooms.
- Type V: 1 Building of 4 stories, with 10-12 four-bed rooms on each floor, in total 42 rooms.
Public Buildings
Mensa hall: 1 Building with 1 story, a restaurant with a dining area for 500 seats including central HVAC unit, furniture for 500 diners per shift, a fully equipped kitchen.
Laundry: 1 building with 1 story, a fully equipped laundry, office space and a small shop.
Also included in the scope of Phase One is Site Development:
- Site clearance and site elevation
- Design of roads infrastructure
- Design of a drainage system
- Design electrical and water supply within the boundaries of the plot area, including water tanks, water distribution pump station, electrical substation and street- & parking lighting.
